“I woke up at 5:30am in Buea, South West Region with the goal to travel to Yaounde. I had to defend my title at the final phase of the 2019 Table Tennis Championship. After praying, I jogged for 15 minutes and then cleaned up.

I had bread garnished with egg and spaghetti for breakfast. At 9am, I was at Mile 17 bus station, where I bought my ticket. The bus hit the road at midday and because of many stopovers on the highway, we only reached Cameroon’s capital city at 7pm.

In order not to feel bored, I listened to music throughout the journey. On arrival, I boarded a taxi to Terre Rouge Damas, where I put up with my brother and friend. Tired, I rested, watched TV news on several channels, replied to mails via my telephone and slept at 10pm.”
